Shipping Information
We ship only within the United States. Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST are processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST are processed and shipped on the next business day. If an item is on back-order the item(s) will ship within 3 days of order receipt.

All shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are shipped via Priority Mail.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-day delivery are all available through UPS.

For example:
Next Day Air sent on a Friday would be delivered on Monday.
3-day Air sent on a Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Delivery Time
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, their weight, and immediate availability. If you are unsure as to when a product will arrive, or would like to special order overnight or rush delivery please call us to place your order.

USPS First-Class Mail®
Typical delivery time is between 5 and 9 days from order receipt.

USPS Priority Mail®
Typical delivery time is between 4 and 6 days from order receipt.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 10 day Return and Exchange policy. This is because our products do expire, if a shopper finds they have purchased the wrong item, they need to get back to us within 72 hours of product receipt with the product they wish to exchange/return and the reason.

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected – these goods will be discarded.
  • Incomplete packaging will result in a 30% re-stocking fee.
  • If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$3 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.

Privacy
Malabar Feed & Farm is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Malabar Feed & Farm has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
